Mike is the founder and President of CLV Group. Mike first set foot in this industry as a registered Real Estate Agent with Regional Realty, in time branching off to establish Commvesco Group. Commvesco would eventually merge with Levinson Viner to form Commvesco Levinson-Viner (CLV) Group. Mike has been involved with over $6B in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, management, and construction. Mike was honoured at the 2018 AFP Ottawa Philanthropy Awards for his charitable involvement with organizations such as the Youth Services Bureau, the Boys and Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity amongst others. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Ottawa Hospital Foundation and Board of Directors of the Federation of Rental-Housing Providers of Ontario. Mike is an alumnus of the University of Ottawa and also holds his Mortgage Broker license. |
